The service

BKK Radar gathers rental and sale listings published in public Facebook groups about Bangkok, shows them on a map with price statistics, and lets visitors keep favourites, save searches and receive alerts.

BKK Radar is not a real estate agent and takes no part in any rental or sale. Listings are shown as published: check every detail with the poster before you commit.

Your account

An account is free and opened with an email address; you sign in with a link sent to it. Keep your mailbox secure: whoever can read it can sign in.

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Its data is deleted at once.

Fair use

Do not copy the site in bulk (scraping), overload it, get around its limits or use it to send unsolicited messages to posters.

We may suspend an account or limit access when the service is misused.

Content

Posts, texts and photos belong to their authors. Prices per district and per line are our own calculations from published asking prices; they are indications, not valuations.

Currency conversions use reference rates and are indicative only.

Availability and liability

We aim for a reliable service but cannot guarantee that it is always available, nor that listings are accurate, current or lawful. Alerts are sent on a best-effort basis.

To the extent permitted by law, BKK Radar is not liable for decisions taken on the basis of the listings, nor for dealings between visitors and posters.

Changes

These terms may change as the service evolves. The date at the top shows the current version; important changes are announced on the site.
